The expansive parking area is framed by a border of shaped shrubs of varying heights, which echoes the rhythmic pattern of the glazing on the house's facade.
Large-sized oaks with vertical crowns resemble cypresses; they add character to the plot and reinforce the rhythm of the building's vertical facade cladding.
At the far end of the plot, a spacious pavilion with a summer kitchen, a fireplace, and lounge sofas for relaxation is situated.
Visually, the pavilion is separated from the parking area by a hedge of beautifully flowering shrubs with a sprawling habit and trees with ornamental crowns, whose foliage changes shades with the seasons.
Pedestrian pathways connect the pavilion to the parking area and the spacious terrace by the house, forming two distinct zones: a play lawn and a parterre lawn. The parterre lawn is suitable for placing sun loungers, a portable fire pit, and garden furniture.
The sloping edge of the lawn is adorned with decorative boulders and elongated floral compositions, naturally marking the boundary of the property.
Plantings of large trees in rows screen the views onto the neighboring plots.
